Original photos were converted to PNG and, where needed, resized for editing. Results were generated with GPT Image 2 via APIMart in recorded tests on 2026-10-18. Website previews are resized WebP copies. They are actual saved model outputs, not guaranteed outcomes for another photo. AI can alter details outside the requested area. Hidden detail is generated, not recovered. The original NASA image is 512 square; the submitted version was upscaled to 1024 square.

2026-10-18 expanded tool gallery: 18 before/after pairs under /images/tools/. Six new GPT Image 2 runs cover person addition, reference-face correction, watercolor, instruction edit, enhancement and old-photo restoration. Enhancement and restoration inputs are synthetic test photographs; their after images are actual provider outputs. Lake scene used for person addition/background composition is synthetic. Six local tool pairs were downloaded from actual browser canvas/segmentation operations, without a generation API call. Their selection defects and hard edges remain visible. Wires is explicitly a partial failure. Reused source licenses above also apply to these derivatives, including CC BY-SA for the people example.
